A "medium possibility" result is one that matches the first and last name provided and the record either matches the year the individual was born OR the month and day the individual was born. The public record itself only has a partial date of birth. 


Even if a user doesn’t input a full name or date of birth, Garbo’s system is able to perform identity resolution and get full name and date of birth based on the limited information given to us — like first name and phone number.
