Garbo’s coverage map feature was designed to help provide our users with more transparency about the data available within Garbo’s system.
When a user searches for someone, we will try to analyze all of the places they’ve previously lived before and rank records based on this and other factors. But, if we found that the person a user is searching for lives or has previously lived in a county where we do not have a certain type of coverage, we will display our coverage map feature which will provide information about the missing source and why.
Here is an example:
